Michael Jackson is dead. R.I.P. MJ

ugh it upsets me how people keep bringing up the child molesting thing
he was proven INNOCENT
and i watched a documentary about him, and he seemed like such a nice guy
i live in sacramento, so they kept bringing up how in stockton after a school shooting, he went to the kids and spent time with every single one, bringing truck loads of souvineers for everybody
i also saw somewhere that he contributed to like 30 something charities?

as for if he molested a child or not, who knows
some people may see him paying the family alot of money to shut up about it as bad
but...if you were a parent and your kid REALLY was molested, would you just walk away with the money or would you want the perv to be locked in up jail?

many people see him as being 'weird'
but he's the one that made up amazing dance moves
he's the one with the best selling album
he's one of the most famous people to ever walk this earth
maybe we're the 'weird' ones, and we should appreciate that he was here

RIP michael

Most likely the kid wanted to make some money out of Michael Jackson, and accusing him of sexual assault was a great way to cash in.

::yes::
The accusers family settled out of court. If my child had been molested, I'm going to fight for justice and not settle out of court for money! THAT'S what makes me believe Michael was innocent.

Prepared to get bashed!

I got a text today (I dont like it but...) saying

"Farrah Faucett died yesterday morning and when she got to heaven God asked her what her one wish was. She said she wanted all the children on earth to be safe. So God killed MJ"

That joke disgusts me.
I had a lady tell her friend about it in front of me at work today. Apparently a son or something of hers, wrote that in her facebook and she thought it was 'soo cute!'
I was so pissed, I was tempted to tell her what I thought, but I was at work and figured it'd be a bad idea. So I just kinda gave her dirty looks, and was mad for the rest of the night.

I feel terrible for his kids, and it's rumored that apparently their mother can technically takke custody of them. She doesn't want them, she never did! So if she does take them, we know it's only for the money :guilty:

The joke makes me sick too.

Something to remember though is that MJ was acquited, not proven innocant. There's a difference between being acquited and innocant.

i heard it on the radio, but i wasn't paying attention and was like, "what?!"
i got this cold feeling in my body & i quickly turned on the tv and BOOM.
"breaking news: michael jackson dead."
oh man, it was so shocking.
it was kinda weird though 'cause i got depressed; i didn't even know him!
you have to be living under a rock or emotionless to not feel some type of feeling knowing that the one & only king of pop is gone :(
i still remember having the time of my life dancing to billie jean at my eight grade graduation party and playing thriller & black and white all the time with my dad.
i'm still in shock.
speechless.
r.i.p michael, you will ALWAYS be remembered & missed dearly.
<3

:sad2: Those jokes and comments disgust me.

Just remember, what goes around, comes around.

Yeah, I feel like a small part of my childhood has died. I couldn't walk or talk, but I'd bop along to my parents tape of one of his concerts. I'd stand holding onto the coffee table and wiggle my little diaper covered butt along to the beat. When my parents would turn the tape off, I'd point and whine so they'd put it back on.
Even in my baby book, it has a spot for favorite performer. Guess who's there? Michael Jackson.

I think MJ was the only performer our family could agree on when listening to tapes on family car rides.

It's pretty surreal. I never thought he'd die young, he was kind of like 'the person who lives forever' in my book.

He's like Freddie Mercury, John Lennon, Elvis, etc. They all died too young. :(

Honestly, MJ always struck me as a giant kid. He seemed too innocent to actually hurt a child.

I completely agree about the payoff thing. If my kid was really molested, I would have fought hard to put that person behind bars for life! No amount of money would've made me feel better.

But *sigh*, I'm trying not to have an opinion on the issue.

There's actually on article online now, saying that the kid from 1993 was just lying cause his dad wanted the money. :(

I don't really have an opinion on the whole child molesting thing. But the fact that the parents were willing to settle out of court for money makes me think that they were just lying.

I can't think of any reason why ANY parents would decide that money was a good enough punishment if that had happened to their child. They would want the person to be locked up.

:sad1:So sad. First poor, awesome, Farrah Fawset died and then Michael. I was sleeping over at my friends house and her mom told us and I cried. It's so sad that he was only 50 and that he never had a chance to go on his big tour or make a comeback. He was an awesome, talented musician.Deep down I agree with the person above, if he really did do that to those kids the parents shouldn't have excepted money(unless they didn't have a choice). And I think some people have said really mean and unfair things about him.
rest in peace michael
:dancer:

I heard about that here in Maui. I was watching the TV (the sound was off..) and I read something and it said, "Michael Jackson dead," It didn't hit me until a second later and I yelled, "Oh My Gosh!" and my mom came in and she said the same. My heart fell and and just broke, I seriously was just heartbroken from that news - I still am. :sad2: I can't believe he's dead. :sad1:

R.I.P. Michael Jackson, The King of Pop.

Ok...worst thing EVER! This was posted on my 'friend's' facebook as his status...this is so awful....
"Michael Jackson reportedly found with imprints of child-sized hands around his neck. Most likely inflicted by young boys. Developing..."

Can you believe that statement??????!!!! :sad2:

its just not true so dont worry about it. you know the child sized hands were around something else

Yeah, even if I know it isn't true, its still sad that people still think that way about him.

Of course people are still going to think that way about him. Even though OJ Simpson was not guily of murder a lot of people still consider him a murderer.
