How many points does your car's average need to be to get "THE SUIT"?

Is there anything else you can get beyond "THE SUIT"?

My family got "THE SUIT" last summer with just the four of us in a car; DS4 only had about 12,000 points but DS10, DH & I each had over 250,000 - 300,000. What does the average have to be?

Can't wait for Memorial Day!!

Your car average has to average 150,000 to get the suit. It doesn't matter if you have empty seats on the car as they don't average in any score of zero. So if your daughter had 12,000, your son had 250,000, your husband had 250,000, and you had 300,000. You would add those scores together and get 812,000 and divide by 4 to get an average of 203,000 for your car.

umaangel00 - at the end, just before you exit, Will Smith comes on a video and tells you how you did, then your car passes by a display that flips around to reveal "The last suit you'll ever wear" - if you score high enough. Since we got the suit that one time I figured we must have done good but I didn't know the magic number. Can't remember what was there the other times.

Any car with an average of between 150,000 and 999,999 just get the suit. If you have lower than 150,000 you get "the coach" who says you zigged when you should have zagged.

Thye only thing you get different with even higher averages is you can get "Galaxy Defender" instead of Average or Bug Bait for a title. With really low scores you get a different message from Will Smith where he implies that you should qualify for the Men in Pink, etc.

We sucked it up, most of the time. On our very last run, with just the 3 of us, we finally got the "suit" and Galaxy Defender. I was whooping it up like a crazy shmuck, singing "gal-ax-y de-fend-er, gal-ax-y de-fen-der!" DH thought I was nuts. That time all 3 of us hit the "red button moment." Lowest score was DS's at 249,000.

Listen for the "ch-ching". Yes you can get points for shooting your own exhaust port. Sometimes, when there is no opposing car to shoot, I resort to this. I am bad, I know.

My son takes pictures of people who shoot their own exhaust and puts it on his webpage called the Wall of Shame.

To me, it's just like cheating at Solotaire...sure you might win but you only cheated yourself. Many people do it but it is one of my pet peeves. The whole point of the game is to shoot you opponent whether they be aliens or the other car. You aren't supposed to shoot yourself in the foot.

It aggravates me when I am riding with people who are shooting our own exhaust because it makes our own car spin and spin and makes it more difficult for me to shoot my targets. Sure they get some extra points but what about the rest of us in the car who can't shoot or, even worse, may be feeling like puking from all the spinning.

I most of the time ride in the back row. When I realize that somebody in car is shooting our exhaust port I reach up and cover it so they have to shoot something else. Most of the time they start to yell at me and I just tell them to shoot the other car or something else.

I do that too and usually I can "shame" them into shooting something else.

How many times can the exhaust port be shot; just once? Or once by each opposing player?

You can shoot the opposing exhaust as long as it is lit up. It is lit right after you come out of the scanners until right before you turn the corner to the big bug. I've shot the exhaust more than 20 times before.

it makes me sick that these amateurs shoot there own exhaust port
i once rode with someone who did this and they maxed out well guess what so did i and i didn't have to resort to shooting my own exhaust port
please no one do this stupid act
i find that if the other car isn't there just find another way to get 999,999
so what if i only get around 895,000 its better than resorting to something stuppid

u can shoot anything over and over as long as its sensor is still active and the exhaust port is 20,000 per shot
i can usually max out by shooting the exhaust with at least 700,000 by the scanner

also if u hold down the trigger u get 1,050 for every ten shots even if u dont hit anything

You can shoot anything multiple times. Just stay on any high scoring targets until you stop getting points. The sensors are active as long as you are in the general area of the targets.

The exhaust is either 15,000 for each hit or 20,000. I can' t rememeber exactly. It is one of the high scoring targets.

yeah today i checked, it is 20,000 most of the time but i heard some guns dont register as many points on the exhaust and sometimes u can't shoot it from the front....it just depends on which gun u get i guess
