Miami transfer commute time?

Help for upcoming Dream cruise out of Port Everglades and transfer to the MIA airport after the cruise. DCL offers a $35pp option. Looks like traffic can be hectic so are there dedicated bus lanes or should we plan for double the usual commute time??
