MIA ADRs?

I just called wdw-dine to see if I could add 2 people to one of my ADRs and was told they don't have it in the system at all. Unfortunately I don't have my confirmation # with me so I couldn't pursue it further, but has this happened to anyone else? I made 5 ADRs and they only have 3. Is this weird?

Yes, I had a very nice CM help me last week. But, he couldn't seem to get anything right......he was entering wrong times, wrong party sizes, wrong rest, he really had quite the time. Anyhow, I wanted to confirm all my ressies b4 hanging up....he couldn't find them under my phone number when he tried to pull them up again, only the ones I had made prevously. Luckily I write down all my conf#....he had them under the wrong area code, 916 instead of 816. He asked if is was okay to leave them as is, so I have ressies under 2 phone numbers.....oh well.

I always immediately program my ADR confirmation numbers into my cell phone (just like a phone number) using the Restaurant name as the contact. This allows me to always have the confirmation number with me in case any changes need to be made to the reservation and also ensures that I have the confirmation number with me just in case my reservation is "missing" when I check in to the restaurant.

That's a great idea, i should have done that. Anyway, I got my conf # and when I called back, the missing ADR's were found under my work phone number. I must have gave that number out of force of habit. OOPS. They switched them over for me so now they are all under one number.
