MHP tickets at the gate?

Going to Disneyland at the end of October ( 19-24) and still not sure if will attend the Halloween party. You can buy tickets the day before the event and still have the advance purchase price ( according to Disneyland website) . Would like to know if they are selling these tickets at the entrance? Will they be long gone before that? I'll be in the park friday Oct 19th and will try to take a look and see if it's worth it and if so would like to buy tickets for Tuesday the 23rd. Is it possible?

you know they do sell them at the gate but personally I have never waited that long to buy them...they do sell out and the week you are going to be there, Utah schools are on fall break so its a busy time...If you dont have a choice I guess you can risk it but I wouldnt
