MHP Autograph Pages?

Hi,
Does anyone already have autograph pages designed for Mickey's Halloween Party at Disneyland?

Does anyone know where I can find a good list of characters we have a chance of seeing at the party?

My DM and I are taking DD (7) to Disneyland for a surprise trip for her birthday and going to the MHP on 10/20/14. I would like to make a special autograph book for her.
