Hi Mary and MarkRG,

Spoke with my sister (#1Mouse) earlier this evening. She was calling from poolside at SSR. She just had to go there before I got down there. She wanted me to let you know they are in building 32 at OKW. Of course, you will probably meet up at the meeting on Tuesday am. We will be leaving early Tuesday am and will meet up with you all at the meet. Now to try and get some sleep

Bell Services brought our first day's surprise at almost 10pm last night (Monday). A small gold gift bag of goodies...

An invitaiton card to the Epcot "Light up the Sky" day.

The schedule "when, where and how" information.

An Event Guide with a map of Future World. We have "decadent desserts" and view Illuminations from the Showcase Plaza, then are escorted to the area between Test Track and Mission Space. We also enjoy "Special musical entertainment" at 11pm.

Two pins. The first is a "normal" pin for Light up The Sky, with Mickey in a space suit, fireworks, and the DVC logo. It's a limited edition of 3000. The second is a light-up pin with a magnetic back. You pull the magnet off, put the pin on your shirt or hat and the magnet on the back to clamp the pin on to the fabric. (At least we think that's how it's meant to work!) It's Mickey ear shaped, with the castle and 8 LEDs.

That's it for now. Sorry I don't have pics, but I'm using a dialup (too cheap to pay for 24 hours and use 10 minutes ) and it would take too long to post them.

Good Morning!

Havn't mentioned it before, we're in bldg 14, across from HH. Makes for quick trips out, butlong ones on the way back.

The inital gifts we got at check-in and the gold bag...

And, they bungled the delivery of the bag big time. And, I really don't like the central office thing on the phones. We get back from MK at 7, nothing. Go swimming, and on the way back to the unit, stop and ask at the counter, they said they're delivering now, plan is for 7-9pm. ok fine, go back to wait. 10pm rolls by, nothing, we're getting worried, as the itinerary for the first night is in there. Call, and am told they're running late, but it will show up. ok fine. 11pm, still no show. Go down to front desk, and they insist it was delivered, we were checked off the delivery list. and after much discussion, finally get the 2 gift bags. sheesh. Mary went down again this am to talk to someone other than the teen kid from last night more to make sure that doesn't happen again.

You guys aren't the only ones! We waited and waited. Around 10 pm DD went down to the lobby. Of course the MH desk was closed and the people at the check-in desk said that they couldn't help us. So, I went down first thing this morning and got our bags from the MH desk. I sure hope we get ours in our room tonight!! We are at BCV, btw.

Love these detailed reports with the pictures! We just got back home on Sunday night and are having a hard time getting back to reality. We are living vicariously through all of you! Keep the info coming!

Last night's event at EPCOT was a blast! There were a lot of smiling faces - congrats to the winners of the drawing! I'm really looking forward to taking over the MK tonight - and the tour of SSR was a lot of fun today. Well I'm off to have some more fun, fun, fun. I'll leave all the details to Mark - he and Mary are so good at sharing the fun of MH!
