I'm not sure if I have progress since last post but I have only one element for each of two groups to do. I have some of it ready to go on that too so I will get them done this weekend.

I went to the lss today and shopped..got an atg gun...now have to stop shopping...and get scrapping!

Enough of that - anyway, they are all packed up, but they won't go out until Tuesday (since there is no mail on Monday). Woo hoo!

Susie -- I did not get your package. I checked USPS and it still says received in NC. No mail until Tuesday.

Maria -- I don't know when I will swap this out. I guess it depends on when it all gets here. I do know that I don't want to go to the post office with my kids, so I would like to mail it when DH is home -- Feb 7,8 and 9.

well maybe I didn't get the right model..I got the ATG700 and the gold 1/4" tape but they didn't tell me at the LSS that I'd need an adapter for it to take the smaller tape. I did try and use it with the 1/4 inch tape and it kinda works ok..I think I need to give it more time to really decide if I really like it. I got it for $30ish after a 50% off coupon but the tape was $12 for two rolls so i'm hoping it really does last a long time. It has some scary instructions that warn against using it continuously as it can cause injury (I guess like a repetative strain or something)...and the people on the pictures are all wearing eye goggles! that's something I sure don't do when I scrapbook!

And what a challenge just to be in my house long enough to do anything!!!! So of course my swaps took priority over laundry, dishes, eating, you know. Actually this is why I won't limit my swapping - if not for it I would not have stopped to relax. A weekend of DS wrestling with DH running the program and me keeping everyone's head on straight and it's gonna be worse this week so it won't probably get mailed yet but it doesn't have far to go!

I hope things will settle down for you soon. I never unpacked most of my stuff from when we scrapped. Well have a great day I had to work night shift and I have to hit my pillow. I haven't done a night shift in about 3 years.

I am working on Block Party Bash and have a question. i am doing a title (well the letters as blocks for the titles and I wanted to do three embellished shapes as my second item. Do these sound okay- 1 layered safety cone, 3 barrel of monkey figures with stickled eyes (I can't double mat them, and 1 simple paper pieced yoyo? I think it should be fair but does it seem like enough for an element?

I have one group left to do today. I did my school work last night, so that I can scrap and pack for my retreat today.

I should be able to mail on Friday as planned.
