MGM pm EMH - Playhouse Disney???

The official site does not list it as being open, but Steve Soares live entertainment site does. Which is accurate? We will be going the 1st week of December and DD is a HUGE playhouse Disney fan. It might be worth it for us to do this, the Muppets and Fantasmic for the 2nd showing.

Can anyone who has recently been tell me if PD is in fact operating during evening EMH???

Also, are there ever any character meet and greets during EMH, here or in any other parks???

DH and I just returned from the parks last Monday. Yes, Playhouse Disney was open during evening EMH. I think there were two extra shows. The day we went MGM closed at 8pm, so EMH was until 11pm.
Sorry didn't notice if any characters were around. We didn't have the kids this trip. But I specfically remember PD, because I was surprised it was open during EMH.

Thanks for the info. If you don't mind me asking - how crowded was the MGM EMH? We will probably only be doing Playhouse Disney, the Muppets, the Great Movie Ride and maybe see Fantasmic again if not too crowded.
