It is hilarious. DW and I went in November and I went again when I was down in Orlando for work in January.
Be sure to ask for Cousin Manny or Cousin Hassan. Manny was our/my server both times and he actually remembered me the 2nd time I was there. He was very pleased that I was "on my best behavior when my wife wasn't with me"
I don't know about lunch but we had dinner there 2 years ago and my DS still talks about how "the waiter had to feed mom her green beans because she wouldn't eat them". I would say it's the best meal for atmosphere we've had at MGM.
In addition, since you want a light lunch I think it is a better choice. You could get a salad and split a flatbread for instance. I don't remember anything light at Primetime?
I don't consider Prime Time a light lunch but it is a great place to visit. We like the lunch menu better than the dinner menu and try to visit at least once every trip.
my favorite lunch place is Brown Derby. I like to get the Cobb Salad and then the grapefruit cake for dessert. Yummy. PrimeTime is fun and they have good food, but I wouldn't call it "light."
No question about it, Prime Time. For every person that says they don't like Prime Time, I will show you a dozen that swear by it. This is Disney, not only do you go for the meal but you go for the atmosphere also. Prime Time excels at atmosphere. You won't forget your experience there.
