One of the main things is seeing Fantasmic. It is such an awesome show. Also the Rockin Roller Coaster is a must if you like hi speed take-offs and loud music. The Tower Of Terror is also amazing. I really like The Great Movie Ride as it takes you through all the classic MGM films.
As for the food I always bug my parents to eat at the Prime Time Cafe. It is a great atmosprere of old Television shows and back home cooking. The waitress staff also makes you eat your veggies or you get yelled at.
