MGM-EMH question

Are the EMH rides at MGM open during Fantasmic? We thought we could sneak in RNR and TOT while everyone is at Fantasmic!!!

Well, let's try this again (after all this time on the DIS, I still have not learned my lesson, copy before you submit post. )

If Fantasmic! has one showing, the park closes when it starts, rides close, no sneaking. If two shows, park closes at start of second show, rides open during the first, sneaking not necessary, rides close at start of second, again, no sneaking. Even though the park closes, you are more than welcome to walk around for quite some time (at least an hour or more) to enjoy the ambiance, shop some, take pictures, people-watch, whatever. Enjoy.

Thank you for the info. There is only 1 fantasmic when we are there in Oct.
This should mean that we can ride right up to the 7:30 closing time, then wait around for the emh opening and be the first to walk on a ride while Fantasmic is dismissing. Is this right?

If it is an EMH night, the EMH rides stay open, on through Fantasmic!, till 3 hours after the 'normal' closing time, in that case, 10:30.
