MF's payment question

I am in the process of adding on at BLT and maybe AKV. When you pay MF's monthly is there interest? Or is it the same deduction as dividing the annual fee by 12? Its a stretch for us to add on. If we can save a few bucks each year by paying the MF's up front we will do it. this way we will only have the monthly mortgage 9we are financing).

There is no additonal charge for having it deducted monthly from you bank account, unless your bank charges for the service.
