When do the fees bill? I am thinking right in middle January. Also, when are they due if I am paying in full? I always wish they would bill around March because I am just clearing out Christmas and then comes another $1K.

The annual dues are billed in late December or early January and are due January 15th and but are not late until February 15th.

If you opt for a monthly debit from your checking account your payments are then paid out during the entire year and not in advance. E.g. the first payment for your 2012 dues would be taken out of your checking account on January 1, 2012 and each month following. That would spread the expense out.

Ok, Feb 15th is going to work. I like to pay my bills in full which gets a bit harder with Christmas.
