Mexico restaurant reopening date?

Does anyone know when or if the restaurant inside the Mexico pavilon will reopen?

I was told a few weeks ago that is was closed for refurbishment so I posted the same question you did...everyone responded that it was open..maybe they are refurbishing while it stays open...
