We got our tickets...we got our tickets. yippeee!!!!! I love our UPS man!!!! He loves to bring me such excitement and joy!

By the way, DH, DD, and Mine were in one envelope and DS was in his own envelope with his own tickets, etc. Don't know why, but he was excited to get his own mail - from the UPS man no less

Gotta get busy with FE, gifts, more planning, shopping, blah, blah, blah!!!

Well thats great! Just abit jealous.

Okay..I cannot blow the surprise but I was up way too late making FE gifts last night BUT it is sooooo fun I just realized that I still need to do so many things to get ready

Vern--on the door sign is says "Magical"ical...is that right or do I have an old one? "Magic"al? I just bought the magnetic paper so I wanted to make sure I was printing the right one. That paper can cost a lot at Staples but what a great momento!

I love taking pictures so I am planning on bringing my camera on the meets. I think it would be fun to take some group photos. We're in!

BTW I have never blogged, chatted, etc. before...this has been fun to get ready for the trip and a great resource for all my questions. THANKS EVERYONE!

We still didn't get our tickets It seems as though they must be mailing them to the east coast first....My SIL, who lives in Tennessee received theirs today, and Leasi(Frye7127) said they got theirs yesterday....they also live in Tennessee.....does anyone see a pattern here!!!!

Geesh...if we still lived in Tennessee we'd probably have ours too!! But I guess those of us who live in California will still have to patiently wait on our tickets....

Patsy...Ilive in Los Angeles and haven't gotten my tickets yet either. When I called Disney a few weeks ago they said they mail them out 10-20 days before...so I guess they are early. It's really hard waiting!

I have been checking the mail daily for a few days now looking for the package and my SIL said her tickets came UPS.....So now I'll start checking my front door everyday
I know there isn't really anything in the package except the luggage tags but it'll make it seem official holding that package in my hands!

totally...it's the final piece! I can't believe its only 3 weeks and a few days away!

Those of you who have gotten your tickets..Do you have a travel agent? I am just wondering if my agent will get my tickets. That is what has happened in the past....she is great taking care of us

What time is everyone planning on getting to the port?

Early, Early, Early!!!! We are staying the night before at the Doubletree and hopefully can catch an early shuttle and be there when the port opens. I want an early boarding pass #. The boarding pass # system is new to us or at least I don't remember getting a boarding pass in 2005 when we went on our last cruise.

The boarding pass thing is new to us also. At port canaveral we always liked to be there early...gets the vacation started sooner and there is normally so much to do. At Port San Pedro I am sure it is not as exciting as Canaveral but Mickey still needs to join us on vacation! We plan to be there early too. I am a little concered about leaving our car at the port for a week...anyone out there who has done this before?

Anyone can give information about the boarding # situation?

Hola!, Fellow Mexican "MAGIC"ical Cruisers, We got our tickets TODAY! Oh, Happy Day! And yes, they do give you boarding pass and they are numbered. If you're part of the Castway Club, not sure if they give you an early boarding? Laura, little help with this one Karma, not sure what sign you have but I'll send you another one ok. Just waiting for the horn!!!

I haven't received my tickets nor has AAA called me to pick them up.
What's the deal with the Boarding Pass ? First time cruiser here- I was under the assumption that the boarding pass was distributed on a first come first served basis. (Exempt Castaway Club) Is the boarding # assigned prior to arriving to the Port? I think I'm losing it and just confused myself.

We're arriving to the Port early and will be leaving our car there.
It's $12 a day for parking. Post Pay Parking Only. Parking fees may be paid by Cash, Travelers Checks, and Major Credit Cards only.

Glad to see yall received your tickets.

I went back to look at the door sign (pg. 33 post #490) and it says :
"Magic"ical not "Magic"al. As in Magicical versus Magical. I think that's what Karma was asking.

Your not losing it, the boarding pass is given to you as you check in at the counter. And thanks for the clear up on "MAGIC"ical I was just having fun on the play-on-words thingy. Vern

Just got message on my phone from TA that our documents have arrived. I will go to AAA Saturday to pick them up!!!
