Ok my little Aiden is in trouble again!

He got Kurt jr's potty stool out of the bathroom. Carried it to the front door. Stood on top of it, and unlocked the front door. All the while saying "Go" "Outside", and "Bye-bye".

God help me with this one.

This is my Course III finale cake.

It is a two tiered vanilla-butter cake with chocolate frosting and white fondant.

Kathy do you have any neighborhood kids that could feed him for you? I know Kendall has been doing a lot of that for the neighbors. Not at my house but goes to feed and make sure they have water twice a day. Good luck with that.

Thanks for the idea Tricia, but since Sammie had her stroke I need someone who can stay overnight. I found a website that has a few pet-sitters who do overnight work so I've got e-mails out to them.

Thanks to all for your concern and prayers.

My dad is doing great! He had the carotid artery surgery yesterday morning and spent last night in ICU. He has just been moved to a regular room. We think he will come home on Monday.

He really did great during surgery - they did not put him under. Just a local and some "woozy" stuff. That made it much easier on him since he is 87 and has cardiac disease and diabetes.

My sister arrived from Little Rock yesterday afternoon. I talked her out of driving all night to get here before the surgery. Not a good idea.

I'm so excited....I found a pet-sitter who will stay overnight at a very reasonable price too! I've got her scheduled for July 4th weekend for sure, Kyle will be in Hattiesburg at a tournament, so Mom will be able to go to that one.

Yes, I'm up way too early for a Sunday morning. I just can't seem to get off of my school schedule. I'm heading to the Mall of Lousisana today. I hope they have some great Memorial Day sales going on.

Tricia II I'm so happy that your dad is out of surgery and doing well.

Here's a picture of my dad at Touro. He was still in ICU when this was taken. I think he gets to come home tomorrow. We will be staying in nola (YEAH) a little longer for his medical followup. That's his natural hair color by the way.

Kathy-Good luck to Kyle. I was talking to my dad today about Prep sports. He said something along the lines about "Hey did you hear about that Shaw kid, who threw a no hitter"....I was like YEAH SURE DID! lol
