WooHoo! Ortho did X-rays, all negative. The bursa sac is inflamed so he gave me a cortisone shot and says I should be good to go on Saturday!!!

I will call NOMA about the day after Thanksgiving

I had to pull out the Benedryl for Anabelle again this morning. All the rain relocated some red ants to right in front of my door. We went outside for our little morning walk and she went right through a ton of them before I saw them. After I saw them I carried her through the area but she's got little swollen spots all over again. At least the Benedryl seems to be working. And as luck would have it, I happened to see one of the maintenance people outside and he came right over to spray them.

I have a doctor appointment today so I have a little extra time this morning, so I guess if she had to pick a good day for red ants, this was it.

We had the best time at Mama Della's. The food was delicious and we loved the strolling musicians there.
