Hey gang....i am finally home from jackson. I am tired and resting on the couch.

Welcome back! We have a meet scheduled soon can you make it?

Now that Kyle’s baseball season is officially over I would like to share what's happening with y'all.

He had a rough baseball season and the coach proved to be the type to play the players whose families donated the most money to the baseball program. Therefore he pitched a whopping 3 innings all season. It was so difficult to watch our son’s spirit be totally broken and he looked so lost for so long. We lost all respect for the coach, he's all about who makes him look good and he doesn't care about the boys as a team. His wife and mother showed the family has no class as they would taunt & curse at the opposing teams. We're talking college ball here! To make it even worse the education at Delgado is pitiful, he hasn't had to crack open a book. He actually came to us and said he was ready to focus on his education and put baseball aside. He applied to LSU, which is where he's always wanted to go and will major in Psychology. He has been provisionally accepted pending receipt of his final transcripts from Delgado. We signed the lease on his apartment three weeks ago. I am so excited for him. I can't tell you how proud I am of him to decide to focus on his future and hang up baseball. Johnny is having a hard time with it though, guess that’s a Dad thing. Kyle will try and walk-on the team at LSU but they're one of the top teams in the country so that would be a long shot.

I’d like to thank you all for supporting Kyle the past two years through the best times of his life and for listening to my rambling about the games, y’all are the best!

Kathy im glad you were able to get him into another school. He really is a very mature young man. He definately has his head on straight. You did good girl.

I am going to Boston tomorrow. My family will be there. They live in Washington State but my dad has a business trip and so we are all meeting up there. I've never been to Boston. I am looking forward to seeing my family. I have not seen them since July.

She did get her pedi-four this afternoon, with little heart & flower stickers on her hot pink toes!

Thanks guys. Today was a little better. No huge headache all day. Tony has been job searching the past two days. It's a nice start, but I'm scared to get my hopes up. Out of work over a year, no real career field or training...I just don't know. And how long will he look before getting discouraged? But I forced him to look at the numbers (normally that is ALL left to me), and I THINK he realizes we simply need two incomes. No way around it. I THINK he gets it.

Yes... I am going to have to get some petit fours! I will be sure to keep them off of my toes. Glad Alexis got her toes done... she is cute!

I'm a bit stressed...I have not yet packed for Boston and the train leaves at 7. My DH was supposed to do the laundry yesterday. Well, he did it but not until 630PM. And when he brought it home it was still mostly wet. Don't ask why...I don't know. So I hung it up, but it still didn't dry overnight because the humidity was around 99%. I can't pack wet clothes so I hope they dry today!
