I bought 3 day park-to-park tickets from Undercover tourists for us, and linked them to my universal orlando app.
the start date was Dec 12.
i then decided to arrive a day earlier, so i tried to change the dates to Dec 11 instead. What i didn't realize is that i changed the date to Sept 11 instead back then when i did the change, and the tickets are now expired!!
I called guest services and they mentioned there is nothing they can do and i can try changing it back at the park and they "MAY" be able to help me.
Has anyone had any experience like that before? Do you think guest services at the park will make the change?
I'm pretty worried that I have lost my $1,200 tickets..

Oh wow I’m sorry that happened. Is there nothing Undercover T can do for you? Since you didn’t purchase directly from Universal I don’t know if they can help? It is worth it to call back and try getting higher up the ladder.

Back in 2010 before Harry Potter opened Universal went above and beyond to help us with the old $99 for 7 day tickets purchased at Publix (a family member was killed in a car accident right before our scheduled trip) guests services helped from beginning to end, even reissued full week long ticket for us even though our trip ended up being after HP had opened and the $99 tickets were no longer valid.

Even if the answer is no over the phone, I would not repurchase until you arrive on property, go to guest services in person and show them your info, maybe they can help in person. It doesn’t hurt to try.

no unfortunately they said they can't do anything since i have already linked the tickets to my universal app :-(

yes this is what I'm panning to do this Saturday when we arrive. I'm going to be stressed out till then, sigh

We were told to go to guest services at the front gates. The ticket reps at RPR couldn’t do it and it couldn’t be handled over the phone, but they assured us they could help. It took Approx 45 minutes that first morning though. I would plan on being in line at guest services at the park gates early. Call and ask when the average line starts to form in the morning and try to be one of the first. It probably took longer for us as they no longer issued the tickets they were willing to replace for us so someone “higher up” had to issue us a week pass.

ok thanks for the tip. we will try and do it the afternoon we arrive (staying at RPR too, so will walk over to the front gates there to try). fingers crossed

Surely this isn't the first time this has happened to someone. I'd go to one of the guest services desks in City Walk or at the front gates. We've had very good service from the City Walk guest services desk a few times. It's right near Red Oven.

If I didn't get the answer I wanted at one, I'd be tempted to walk to another and try again.

Good luck. Let us know how it goes!

I made it here today around 2 pm.
Checked in at royal pacific and asked if they could help here and they mentioned I have to do the date change at guest services. So we walked over to IOA and the line was so long. Did what someone suggested above and walked to the city walk guest services and there was just 1 family ahead of us.
They were able to fix my dates in 5 mins and went on my way. It was great. Thanks for the tip here to try the city walk guest services booth. It saved us about an hour worth of wait.

Glad it all worked out for you, thank you for reporting back.

That City Walk Guest Services window is a hidden gem. Most people probably don’t know it’s there and, I’m most cases, you probably don’t know you need help from Guest Services until you are at the gates. By that point, not many are going to trek back to City Walk for help.
