I believe the "ph...urvey" is the link being truncated and hence not working.

(You can paste long url's to tinyurl.com for a nice postable link, no strings attached. Like this: http://tinyurl.com/yuj7v which is a short link to the page I'm posting this at.)

This link didn't work for me but I tried it on another board (Families?) and it worked.
