Merry Mixer starts December 4th

I found out at the Epcot pin Event that this years merry mixer starts Dec 4th & runs consecutive Thursdays (I do not know about the 25th they were pin people so they did not have details)

Merry Mixer is an event that DVC hosts for its' members. It's held just outside Epcot at the IG entrance. There is music, dancing, games, cookies & drinks, some kid crafts & pin trading. It's a time to meet & hang out with your "neighbors".

It's fun! Don't worry about staying for the whole thing, it's more of a drop in event. I think we stayed for about 20 minutes last year.

You forgot to mention that the characters are there, dressed for Christmas, and you can get a formal picture taken with them. I think that's the best part, since I'm never in the family pictures that I take!

BUMMER! I was hoping to catch a DVC Merry Mixer this year. We'll be at WDW from 11/29 to 12/4 and then we're getting on DCL on 12/4 to 12/7 and then coming back home. So we won't be able to make it to a DVC Merry Mixer this year. Guess that gives me an excuse to plan a trip next December!

We too cruise on the 4th - 7th, but will be at wdw till the 15th. We will be there the 11th

Our first December trip is scheduled, and we have dinner reservations at Epcot that night, so we'll be able to attend! We are looking forward to attending on 12/11.

The 4th, but we're going to a special Wine Dinner that Jiko's has. It starts at 6:30 with appetizers out on an overlook terrace and then moves into the private dining room for the rest of the evening. I'm really looking forward to it! It will probably last till 10 or later, so if you see a group of people coming out of the private dining room, give us a holler.
