Meridian on Fantasy questions

Just found out that Meridian outdoor lounge is listed as a cigar lounge. DS would LOVE to go out there, just a few questions...

• he is only 20, so not drinking age yet, can he still go out for a cigar?
• even though it is listed as a cigar lounge, do other passengers object to make it so you can't have a cigar out there?
• does anyone know the times for this?

I can't speak to him being under-21, but the cigar lounge is outside on it's own private smoking deck that you access through Meridian. We enjoyed a few drinks up there, and you could smell the smoke when the door opened/closed. Given that it's a designated smoking area, if anyone has a problem with there being smoke out there then it's on them to remove themselves We weren't to crazy about the smell ourselves (plus my DH has asthma) but Meridian housed our favorite bartender on the ship, so we just got ourselves a seat further away from the door outside and dealt with it.

I would assume the hours of operation are the same as the bar, which will be listed in your navigator (or other navigators you can look up).

Yes he can smoke out there.
The few times I've been out there someone has a stogie lit.
Beautiful spot on the ship.
On the starboard side there is an identical non smoking deck.
