Can you merge two exsisting reservations together? We currently have 1 reservation booked for 10/13-10/20 and a second reservation for 10/14-10/19 for the same resort. The only difference is that we have an annual passholder discount (for poly which is amazing that we got a discount from what I have read here!) with #2 that was booked online. We want to keep our discount days and merge the two bookend days into the same reservation. I have all of my ADR's scheduled including CRT with #1. Will I loose them if my #1 is changed or cancelled? If we have to have separate reservations this makes us have three reservations because they are bookend dates. I am so confused.:confused3 Would a CSR be able to do this or do I need a supervisor of some sort?

We had a similar situation and you won't be able to merge and keep the discount unless the same discount is available on the "bookend" days. What they will do is "link" the reservations, which means they make a note and will do what they can when you check in to get you into the same room for the whole time so you don't have to check out of one room and into another.

Wow, this seems so crazy to me. At any other hotel chain they can give you different rates for different days within the length of stay. All they are doing is generating more work for the housekeeping staff if they make you change rooms three times during the stay.
