Merchandise Returns at Epcot

Hi All,
Back in May I purchased a really cute thermal coffee cup in Epcot. It has the seagulls from Finding Nemo and the words "Mine Mine Mine" all around it - so cute - I paid $17 for it - pretty expensive for a mug but I really liked it so...

But here is the problem - the mug broke after a month - the plastic outer shell separated from the thermal interior.

We are heading back to WDW at the end of Nov and I was wondering if I can return the cup and get a replacement.

Of course I have no receipt at this point - do you think it is worth trying to bring it back to the place I purchased the mug?

I haven't tried but I'm guessing that if you bring back the merchandise they will replace it with the same item. I was there in August and saw exactly this cup. Cute.

We've been able to exchange items without receipts previously. It's worth a try.
