Merchandise question

Silly question really, but where can I find DVC merchandise like hats and shirts? Would like to get DH a hat and shirt before we make our first trip.

I wonder if you can call the WDW merchandising number and get stuff that way? Most things available at the parks and resorts can be purchased that way, so I would think DVC stuff could as well. I'd likely wait until I got there to get it though.

I'm thinking if you call straight through to your resort's general store they can handle it like regular sale that you would choose to ship home.

I'd try to make sure to call at a slower time of day.

I'm curious also. We've bought our DVC "goodies" only at the various resort stores while we were at WDW. By the way, has anyone else noticed that the items offered can vary from resort to resort? I'd love to find a source for my "in-between" vacations (so I can get my DVC fix ).

Thanks to all of your for your great advise. I saw some things on EBay, but for the limited amount of time that I had to look at their auctions, the shirts I was were "gently used." Think not.

I'll either call the resort gift shop or wait until I get there as suggested.

I've already bought four hats and a license plate off of Ebay. LP is on my van, and I wear one of the hats each day I work, I have a uniform I have to wear to work, so changing the color of my hat at least makes me feel a little different each day. Plus I'm advertising DVC while I'm working.

thanks for starting this thread. i had already called customer service about this, with no luck. i would really like a car bumper or better yet window sticker. i am very peticular about what i put on my car, but i would really like those items. a tag would not be bad if its in good shape.

a hat or tee-shirt would be nice and i can look for those at the resorts. i would also like a pin for my collection.

please let me know if anyone locates the stickers.

We have found Disers to be very helpful. I've bought some things for people and have sent them to their home and others have done the same for me. I forget exactly how things got started, but I was able to get a DCL shirt from a diser who was going on DCL before we were.
