Does anyone have a link to the most recent Disney menu options, particularly lunch menus?

Wedding menus. I'm doing research for my DS and his DF who are getting married at Disney in August 2012.

the menus are a little out of date but for a general idea go to magical kingdoms (one word) [dot] com.

You can check out allears.net, they have some menus on there.
Also, I would recommend contacting DFTW and asking them to email you sample menus. That's what they did for me.

Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but can you only have these menu's at certain locations?

For example would they be valid at boardwalk conference centre, grand Floridian ballroom and lss?

The menus are supposed to be "global"—that is, available at any location serviced by Disney's catering department. If for some reason your location can't do exactly the dish you want, they will attempt an approximation.

Don't be afraid to ask them to get creative as well. I had a tea party at the Boardwalk the day before my wedding and my reception at ADH. I'm vegan and eat healthy, so I didn't want food covered in cheese and sauces. DH and I didn't really like anything that was on the menu's. I gave them an idea of what we were looking for and asked them to come up with ideas. We had wonderful food at both events.

My catered event is on the Fantasmic! patio. I requested a dish that I had in 2008 at Artist Pointe, which is no longer on their menu. The chef has agreed to do it! I think they are global as Lurkyloo said.
