Menus on 7-night NYC/PC Sailing

We just came off the 10/14 sailing on the Magic (so much fun!). The dining rotation surprised me a bit, though, so I thought I'd post for those who have a strong preference. Our rotation was ACCLALA. Night 1 was the standard rotational menu, night 2 (formal night) was standard rotational menu, night 3 (Halloween/Pirate) was Prince & Princess (weird choice, I thought, with the servers wearing their sashes and passengers in their pirate garb), night 4 (CC) was Captain's Gala, night 5 (PC) had no real assignment, night 6 (MDAS) was the Marvel menu and night 7 was Til We Meet Again. We never had the third rotational menu (in our case, Lumiere's). I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to that souffle! I always assumed we'd get all three 3 standard menus, so this was quite a surprise.
