Menu's in TP

It appears to me that there is a regular rotational menu for Tiana's place as well as a "Mardi Gras" menu in Tiana's place when there are two cruises.

Best I can tell, the menu with Sea Bass and Prime Rib from DCLB http://disneycruiselineblog.com/menus/tianas-place-menu-disney-wonder/ is the mardi gras menu. Can anyone confirm as well as offer insights into the "standard" menu.
