Menu Items on the DDP

Are there any menu items not on the Dining Plan? I went one year and it seemed like there were limited options as to what you could get on the dining plan. Is everything on the menu available or do they have a special menu for dining plan participants?

There is not a seperate menu, you order from the regular menu. There are some rare exclusions like the Kitchen Sink at B&C and at Via Napoli you can only get the individual pizza, not the giant ones.
