Menage/ Four Points Sheraton - anyone familiar?

We've booked elsewhere already.(Grand Legacy) but we plan on meeting up with family during our DL trip later this month, and our relatives have decided to stay at Menage, mostly because Menage allows pets. We don't HAVE to all be in the same hotel but it would be convenient. We are traveling with 2 toddlers and Menage looks a bit further out than we prefer, but still potentially walkable to DL with the kids in strollers. Reviews online for Menage seem really hit or miss. Has anyone here stayed there relatively recently? If it's at least clean and comfortable and still within walking distance it's tempting to switch our hotel plans.
