What if he didn't know cinnamon was an ingredient? I don't think I've ever used more than 1 tablespoon in anything I've baked. Would he really know?
I could believe that her DH can taste it in small quantities. One cookie I used to love was changed and they added a teeny bit of coconut to it. I hate coconut and spit things out the moment I taste it. It was one of the last ingredients listed and probably not a lot but I could still taste it strongly. My husband didn't believe me at first until we looked at the package. He even asked "how the heck can you taste that?" Cinnamon is a strong flavor in general so I could see someone tasting even a small amount.

I personally love it though. To me there is no such thing as "too much" when it comes to using it.

I love cinnamon but only with sweets. I do not like it as an ingredient with savory foods. I also love it as a scent, like in candles, etc.

Cinnamon is not one of my favorite spices...

real men use lawry's seasoned salt, and some garlic powder...

that is real men, not men that are real cooks, hehehehehee

I love cinnamon! I put it on my waffles, and I even have my "own" cinnamon cupcake reciepe!

I sort of agree with Bicker's wife, but it has nothing to do with cinnamon. I think men tend to overseason EVERYTHING. If a little is good, a lot is better, no matter what - cinnamon, Lawry's, oregano, basil, whatever.

I'm female and a cinnamon over-user. I adore the stuff.:lovestruc

My son and I are very fond of cinnamon and like to use a lot of it in anything we are putting cinnamon in or on:love:. My husband and daughter like it okay, but not in the quantities DS and I do. So, it does not fall along gender lines in our family at all

I'm a guy and I make cinnamon iced tea. I drink it almost everyday so I voted "heavy user". It's good on other things too(mostly sweets) that I'm trying to avoid.:)

I like cinnamon and use more than recipes call for when baking. I also make cinnamon toast. My husband? I've never seen him use it at all, but he will eat anything I make that has it in it.
