I downloaded them all so I can clean copies and just in case I forgot to save a new copy with the edits I would still have the original. Then I downloaded the ones I edited.

When I download clean pics I put in one folder. Edited pics in another folder. As I edit I select the heart or favorite icon and I can quickly select those pics to avoid repeats.
