And Customer Service is closed for the day. 
I logged in to my MM account last week to view our photos and we had 300+ (not so good) photos. I thought I would do the edits after the holidays but I wanted to make sure the photos were at least in my account. Yesterday when I went to log-in to my Disney Movie Rewards account I had the error message that my password was wrong and needed to be reset. I did that, ordered my reward and thought everything was fine with my Disney accounts.
I needed to add some PhotoPass card numbers to my MM account and went to do that just a little bit ago (our Magic Bands didn't always work with the photographer's scanner) and had the error message that my password was wrong and needed to be reset. I reset it, added the card numbers, went to view my photos ... all I have are the 12 from the cards I entered this evening. The expiration date was January 25 so I know they didn't expire, I just don't understand where they are. 
I plan to call tomorrow but in the meantime, any ideas? They can be found right?
