Memory Maker Question

I got Memory Maker for our August trip and don't see a way to edit the photos with different borders, add stickers, etc., like I used to. Is that still possible? Is there a way to download all the photos or they have to be selected one at a time?

So I've been checking around and everything I see says I should be able to edit the photos on my iphone. I only see the crop and filter options, not the borders or stickers.

Does anyone with a current memory maker had the border/sticker options on the iphone or ipad? I don't know if they removed those features or I some strange tech issue.

There's no watermark on my photos and I can download them so I know it's activated.

I cannot do any editing of my photos on my iPhone like you want. Someone on here recently (or maybe on Facebook) was having this issue a month or two ago and Disney said they were aware of the problem and hoped to get it back but I have my doubts that they will since the only way to do it was on an Apple device. I was able to add boarders and stickers after our February trip. I cannot after our August trip.

Same here after my August trip. I think they did away with it to be honest. I remember after our last trip in 2019, the borders weren't available on the computer web site, but was on the phone. This time nothing on the phone either, that sucks makes the memory maker just another picture app. Think I'll save my money next trip as there is nothing special now and have the photographer use my phone and not pay again...

I just got back, some of my pictures came with a border on it, others just plain. I don’t see an option to edit. But I do love some of the fun magic shots

This is very disappointing! I always add the year to some of the photos, stickers, borders, etc.. I would especially like to add some 50th anniversary borders or stickers, at the least the year. I read the posts in the link above and really hope they bring the editing feature back. I'm shocked they would take away such a popular feature.

You can download a zip file with your pictures on the computer. Not sure if you can do it on MDE

I can't find the link to download a zip of all photos on the computer. Does anyone know where it is? Thanks!

I think if you click on a photo the "download all" (or something like that) appears.

Click on any photo on the photopass website then a select all button appears at the top. Depending on how many photos are there the Disney website breaks the photo's into a handful of
individual zip files.

I still can’t figure out how to download all at once. On the computer if I select a photo, it still only gives me the option for the single photo

Finally figured it out!
Found this on another thread incase it helps anyone else:
When you are on the photopass site, there is a checkmark in the top right hand corner of the photos when you hover over them. You can select the ones you want or the option to select all media at the top.
