Memory Maker Pkg

I purchased the Memory Maker Pkg. I am travelling with my family of 6. I am sure that my teenage kids will be off on their own frequently but I'm hoping they can capture pictures too. When I go into my Disney Experience I am only able to link the Memory Maker Pkg to myself. Does this mean that I always need to be there with my Magic Band for all pictures that I am capturing OR will my kids Magic Bands work too (if we are all linked on my Disney Experience)

everyone in you MDE account will be linked to it.
It just lists the person in charge.
We had 6 people using it in Dec. and everyone did fine going off by themselves

I think that if your family is linked to you as your family and you have the ability to select fast passes for everyone you are already linked for the pictures. I am sure there is someone who knows this answer definitively.

This answer will at least bump it back up to the top so you can get an answer.

I was thinking about doing this for our upcoming trip because I didn't realize it was tied to our Magic Bands. Some of our kids will be down there with their school group, and the rest of us are going on our own, The kids with the group won't have MBs, so will there be a way to get their pictures added?

Your family is linked to you, so their pictures will show up on your MM. When I recently purchased mine I got a laminated card in the mail to be scanned if I did not have a band. We had bands, so we didn't use it, but your kids can!

Oh cool - I think this will still work. The kids who will be with the group aren't on my reservation. The only ones on the reservation (and thus the only ones getting MB) are those of us traveling apart from the group. So if I give them the card, they can have it scanned and have the pictures added? I wonder if I can get an extra card, because I'm sure they will probably split up most of the time with their own friends.

I would say no on the extra card, but they can always get the regular photopass card from the photographer and add it to your MM after they get home by entering the code # on the card.

We are traveling with a party of 12 and want to buy Memory Maker. We are staying under two different resort reservations, so we are not linked as one traveling party. If we're still linked as Family and Friends on MDE, will it still attach to the whole party?

If some members of the group use a photo pass card instead, can I input the photo pass card on my memory maker?
