Memory Maker photos to Shutterfly

I have downloaded all my MM photos and they are on the hard drive of my computer. I just tried to upload the pictures to Shutterfly so I can order prints, make photo book, etc. Shutterfly will not accept the prints. I get a message that my photos can not be uploaded. Anyone ever encounter this?

I've never heard of that happening. What, exactly, did the error message say? What browser are you using?

I'm using Firefox.

The message says: "One or more files could not be uploaded. We will automatically try to upload these files again. If you'd like to see the results of your last upload, please select 'Cancel'."

When I try again it says: "0 files have been uploaded."

Call the shutterfly help line. I've had issues and I think they told me they didn't support my software any longer, or something like that. But I was eventually able to upload all my pics.

I just tried using CHROME and it works. Only uploaded a few, but it seems to be just fine with the other browser. Thanks for your replies!

I thought it was probably a browser issue. I'm glad you figured it out.
