Memory maker - photo pass - Epcot - did I miss them?

I saw one photo pass opportunity today at Epcot, granted I didn't get to the showcase until after 7pm, but I am wondering if I missed more photogs (did rain from 1pm or so on) or what. No ride photos, no random photo pass people.....maybe more at other parks?

I did see them in front of the golf ball this morning, but we bypassed to get to our fast pass, I regret that now of course. Rained a lot today- no clear sky family golf ball pic! Oh, well.

Test Track is the only ride at Epcot that has a photo. I found this pdf of the Epcot map that you get at the park, and it has icons on it showing where the PhotoPass photographers are:

It was most likely because the rain kept driving them inside. When we last went we got Photopass pictures taken in front of the fountain n France on the bridge connecting France and UK, on the small bridge in Italy that faces the lagoon, in front of China and there where more. This was all in the afternoon to evening. We also got a shot from behind spaceship earth.

We were there a couple weeks ago and hardly saw any in the World Showcase. The only picture we got was on the bridge from UK to France. We had our eyes open on multiple days, but didn't see any others.

There was one at every pavilion when we were there in July... Hollywood Studios was the park I felt was most lacking in photography CMs.

On my last trip in November 2014 I felt in general across all parks the number of photopass locations/times there were actually people there had reduced significantly from 2013. For example one evening in Hollywood Studios there was not a single photopass photographer on sunset boulevard to get a pic with ToT at night a good 20mins before park closing.
