Memory Maker Photo Book - Quality?

We purchased Memory Maker for our last trip (just got home today after 8 nights) and I'm excited to make a photo book on the photopass website. I've chosen a cover so far and added one of our photos. As the photo appears on the cover, the quality of it is rather poor - our faces look kind of pixelated and our eyes look especially distorted. This is without even zooming in on the photo at all. I've tried in both Google Chrome and Safari and get the same result. I hope this makes sense. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it appear that way on the actual hard copy once the book is printed? The quality of the photo itself as a file is great and doesn't have this issue. I'm used to Shutterfly where what you see is exactly what you get and this has never happened.

When I ordered my photo book I used some of the photopass pictures as well as some of my own, they all turned out clear. I didn't have any issues with them looking pixelated beforehand though, and I zoomed in for quite a few of them. Good luck, and I hope it turns out for you if you order it!
