Memory Maker - multiple trips

Hi everyone! This is my first post, and I have a question about Memory Maker.

I have two trips booked. I am not purchasing Memory Maker for the first trip, because I will be going with a group and one member of the group has already purchased it. We are linked on MDE so all of our photos will be combined. I did purchase Memory Maker over the phone for my second trip when I made the reservation, which is months after the first one.

If I scan my magic band during the first trip, is it going to activate my purchased Memory Maker?

No. MM is only activated by downloading the photos. As long as you don't download any pictures from your account, your MM will stay put.
