Memory Maker - linking it to my family member's Magic bands

Just purchases Memory Maker for our up coming trip to Disney World. It is linked to me in my Disney account. My family are also on the reservation.
How do I link the Memory Maker to my family, so that photos they take and link to their Magic Bands are linked to my Memory Maker?

If your family is listed in your MDX account, all their photos will be included in your MM bank of photos.

There are some things to keep in mind with Memory Maker. You will be able to download all pictures taken of anyone that you have linked through Friends and Family, as long as you have enabled “My Disney PhotoPass Photos.” If you aren’t sure, go to your friends and family list, and click on “Update” next to their name. Make certain there is a green box by the “My Disney PhotoPass Photos” option, and you’re set.

If your family is listed in your MDX account, all their photos will be included in your MM bank of photos.

I went to my family list, clicked "update" and there are no green boxes and no "My Disney PhotoPass Photos" option available.

It’s because everyone is on your 1 MDX account. All photos go to your bank of MM photos.

The check off boxes are only for those people who are managed on other MDX accounts that were then linked to yours. So, disregard the check off boxes advice.
