We recently stayed at CCV for just a single night but fell in absolute love with it so much we started making some offers. Kept getting rejected but just had an offer accepted from an international seller.

We hadn’t stayed deluxe until this past January at Poly. We really liked it but the one night at CCV blew us away. We have 3 small kids so they should enjoy the water area and can’t beat a boat ride to MK!

Haven’t stayed BRV yet. Did Saratoga earlier this month for 1 night as well. I think my favorite part was the bed lol.

Congrats! And, welcome home neighbor! I don't think you have to worry about ROFR. There have been very few CCV ROFRs recently. Disney recently put CCV on a direct "flash sale" and their sold out price indicates Disney doesn't really need/want any more CCV points - I mean, it's always possible, but I think it's very unlikely, even more so with an international seller.

I'm sure you know this, but 1 bedroom at CCV only sleeps 4. With 3 kids you will have to get 2 bedroom at some point.
