Memory Maker Issues?

I just got back from a two-week trip and had possibly the best Disney trip we've ever had (I'll post about that separately). I was just downloading my Memory Maker photos tonight. At the top-right-hand side of the page, it reads ... "All Photos (365)". If I click the link to "Download Photos", it takes me to a screen that reads ... "Photo Items: 238 Items". After I was done downloading the 10 ZIP files, I had to go through each photo and see which ones were missing and download them individually. I did this for 33 items, all from AK and HS. As you know, there are many duplicates, so I realize 238 + 33 <> 365. I got a total of 147 pics of my family (the rest were stock photos).

I don't know if my experience is unique and it was not a huge issue for me, but I wonder how many folks have THOUGHT they downloaded all of their pics but didn't realize they missed 20% of them.

You should always double check because it does happen and only 238? You will have to work harder. Last trip we had almost 800 new photos. I believe if you pay for it really use it (LOL.
