Memory Maker Help!

We had an amazing trip in June with so many wonderful photos captured by the photographers. However, we apparently forgot to download all of them and now they have expired. My husband thought I did while I thought he did it. I am heartsick - is there anything I can do? Has this happened to anyone else?

This has never happened to me - I can never wait to download my photos so I can't imagine I'd ever forget!

You could try calling and maybe a sympathetic CM would get them for you...but I'm guessing that's unlikely. It may be possible, though - last September, the PhotoPass store pulled up our account to print our Visa photo from Epcot and I saw that all of our pictures from the previous May were still there even though I could no longer see them online.

I agree - they tend to store them as a zip file so you can take longer to download them. Good Luck!

Definitely call! I have read stories of people still getting their expired pictures. They do offer a paid extension time, so you may be asked to pay additional (I don't know the price of it) but it's surely worth the time of a call!
