Memory Maker... Having trouble completing the purchase

I've been trying to purchase Memory Maker and keep getting a message that they are unable to complete the order online and I should try again later or call. This reservation is booked through DVC with rented points, but according to David's, I should be able to purchase MM through MDE.

I called tonight and the CM who took the call said I would have to call DVC to have them help me, but that doesn't seem right since MM is not really related to my resort reservation. I was trying again online and the chat option popped up so I asked in online chat. The CM suggested I try a different browser, but that didn't work either.

Has anyone else had these problems?

I had that happen once and called. They put me through to a mm specialist but it's technically a ticket so they had to transfer me to someone in guest relations to complete the purchase. It showed up in MDE almost immediately.

Also, one time before when we booked a bounce back it messed up our current MM so we were advised to add it later when making another MM purchase while our current one was still active.

Thanks for the info. I tried again after I posted this. Still no luck. Tried chat again. That CM had a few more suggestions to try, but it still didn't work. So he too suggested I call ticketing. I'll try one more time tomorrow and then call again.
 
The only thing I can think of is to suggest you use an Incognito window to try and purchase it. Usually that fixes the Disney site problems for me. I sure hope everything works out for you!

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't work either. :( For as profitable a company Disney is, you'd think giving them money would be easier than this.
