We just returned from our trip (boo!) and I want to download one or two pics from our Memory Maker to use for our Christmas card.

After I download those pics, does anyone know if I can still add/change the special borders to the photos in my account?

I'm not ready to go through all of our pics yet, but I don't want to accidentally disable that feature.

TIA!

Yes, you can still edit your pictures, adding borders, etc. even after you have downloaded them. I often download a set before editing just in case I accidentally delete a picture.

Thanks so much! That's a great idea to download everything first as a back-up!

That is great advise to download a set right away. I am just starting to edit my pictures and think I may have lost a few. I think I'll download before I do any more.

Does anyone have any suggestions of how to easily add the borders. Right now it seems like I add one and then download it. Then I go to add a new border and when I download again sometimes it shows up in my downloads. Other times the same picture shows up 5 or 6 times, but none of the new borders or edits are there. Am I doing something wrong or missing a step? Does anyone know the best way to do this? I like to add several different borders or stickers with each pose so that I have multiple options available when it is time to print them.

Someone wise suggested you download originals and then go through your photos and put all the borders on them in 4x6 (you can make copies with different borders on the site). Then do a complete download. Then go back and change all the photos that have borders to 5x7 and do another full download. Then do the same for 8x10 and do a third full download. If you do each on a separate day, it's easy to know which download is for which size. Save them into folders marked for each border size. It sounds time consuming, but is faster than downloading individual photos. Then you have all your custom borders saved in each size (they do NOT re-size properly if they have a border--you must save in each size). It worked well for me.
