Memory Maker download question

I am currently downloading our memory maker photos. A popup comes up when I look at them on the computer that says WinRAR is not free and I must delete it after 40 days. I am not sure what this means. Will I be able to have the pictures in my folders? Should I download them a different way?

Any advise?
