I have about 195 photos from my trip. When I go to download all my photos, it says it is preparing photos for download and that can take up to 2 hours. Then it goes to another window which says I have no photos ready for download. But it says to keep the progress window open before progress is complete. What is the progress window. I keep clicking in circles so I don't know what window to keep open for 2 hours to ensure download. Can anyone help please? Thanks!!!
