I'm trying to download all of our photopass photos from our Feb/March holiday, but each time I try and extract any of the zip files I've downloaded I get a pop up screen saying "Bad Zip Header Found - Continue Anyway?"
I click to continue, but when the files are extracted there's only 3 or 4 per zip file. We have almost 200 photos, so I know that there should be more than that.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or know who I can email about it?
I'm in Oz, so emails would be a lot better than trying to call.
