Memory Maker and ordering the archival cd ?

I prepurchased the MM and linked it. I have edited all of our pictures and was told to claim them and then the archival cd would show up in my cart. I can not find it. I know I have to buy the cd but can't figure out how. Thanks!

Do you have to download one photo to get the cd to show up?
